Gin Passport
Explore the art of pairing gin with tonics and garnishes with our Gin Passport Menu.
The pairings have been especially chosen by our Drinks Ambassador, Joel Claustre. They highlight the subtle nuances in taste created by different botanicals.
Each gin has been paired with a different flavoured Franklin & Sons tonic. Established in 1886, Franklin & Sons provide the ideal mixers to compliment the different gins. Made from the best possible ingredients, their soft drinks and tonics are perfectly balanced, making them ideal for pairing.
Available from the end of June in our Cocktail Bar within the Brasserie.
Please note we do not take reservations for the bar, but you are welcome to arrive without a booking during our opening times:
Monday – Saturday: 7:00 – 22:00 (Cocktail bar open until 23:30)
Sunday: 9:00 – 19:15
