Bubbles with Your Bubble
Set to the backdrop of Tracey Emin’s poignant artwork “I want my time with you”, toast a return to normality with your bubbles of choice in a private leather booth, seating six and equipped with a ‘Press for Champagne’ buzzer. As well as an extensive range of Champagnes by the glass, bottle and magnum, we also bring you a new Champagne pairing menu. The Searcys Bubble Menu, from £45 per person, offers a tasting trio of Champagnes from a different producer each month, perfectly paired with delicious small plates created by Head Chef Colin Layfield – all you have to do is buzz!
