The Searcys Champagne Pairing Menu, for £45 per person, offers a tasting trio of Champagnes from a different producer each month, perfectly paired with delicious small plates created by Head Chef Colin Layfield – all you have to do is buzz!

  • Ruinart, Rosé, Brut, Champagne, NV with Mini burgers, bacon, aged Cheddar
  • Ruinart, Blanc de Blanc, Brut, Champagne, NV with Victoria sandwich
